Rory Ingham – Trombone

Rory Ingham is a 19 year old jazz trombonist, composer, and arranger based in London.

He has played with internationally-acclaimed musicians such as Elliot Mason, Dennis Rollins, Rick Taylor, Soweto Kinch, Newton Faulkner, Liane Carroll, and Dave Liebman.

He has performed at prestigious venues/festivals across the UK including Ronnie Scott’s, 606 Club, the Vortex, Spice of Life, London Jazz Festival, Royal Festival Hall, Barbican Hall, Leeds 02, Band on the Wall, Abbey Road Studios, and most recently the Royal Albert Hall where he was a featured soloist.

In 2014, Rory set up the award-winning ‘Jam Experiment’ that have already played at many high-profile British jazz festivals and venues such as Scarborough Jazz Festival, Liverpool International Jazz Festival and Wakefield Jazz Club.

He is currently studying jazz at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Rory is proud to be endorsed by Michael Rath Trombones.
