NYJO Nonet: In Focus

The NYJO Nonet has three performances in the next four weeks! The Nonet is made up of the crème de la crème of the full NYJO 23-piece orchestra, with a few recent alumni for added spice and occasional guest stars. We are very grateful to Callum Au, who has stepped in as special guest leader for the Bull’s Head and 49 Queen’s Gate Terrace gigs, as regular leader Tom Stone celebrates the birth of his first child.

The Bull’s Head, Barnes: Sunday 29 May, 8pm

The NYJO Nonet returns to the Bull’s Head for a focus on the great tunes of Johnny Mercer.

49 Queen’s Gate Terrace, London: Wednesday 1 June, 7.30pm

Following a highly enjoyable inaugural concert last September, the NYJO Nonet returns to QGT with another programme of classic jazz. This is a great opportunity to hear the Nonet in the magnificent drawing room of a private house in South Kensington.
