Reuben Fowler

Reuben occupied a trumpet chair in NYJO from 2007/12 and was awarded the John Baker Memorial Prize for Brass in 2012.

Felix Higginbottom

Felix began playing with NYJO in 2007 when he was just 14, as a last-minute percussion dep for a gig in Cambridge – he subsequently occupied the percussion chair full-time from 2012/14.

Pete Saberton

Pete studied classical piano from the age of 11 and joined NYJO in 1973.

Geoff Castle

Geoff, the son of musical parents, started piano lessons aged 8 and, ten years later, in 1967, joined NYJO.

Dick Pearce

Dick joined the trumpet section of NYJO in 1967, playing for a two-year spell before enlisting in the Household Cavalry.
