Henry Armburg-Jennings

Henry Armburg Jennings started playing trumpet (and piano) at the age of 5 and fifteen years later, at the age of only 20, he is already one of the hottest talents to emerge on the British jazz scene having opened the London Jazz Festival 2008 at the Bulls Head in Barnes. His CV already includes venues such as Ronnie Scotts, the Royal Albert Hall, Jazz Café and the 100 Club (to name but a few) and musicians such as Sir John Dankworth and Cleo Laine, Pete King, Martin Drew (drummer with Oscar Peterson for 30 years), Dave Green and Clark Tracey. Having lived in New York for two months, Henry received lessons from some of the best jazz trumpet players in the world including Joe Magnarelli, Jeremy Pelt, John Swana and John Mcneil whose CVs are endless.
