Callum Au

Callum started playing classical piano aged 6, but took up the trombone anyway. Under the direction of Terry Reaney, he was soon playing with many local youth jazz bands including the Lancashire Youth Jazz Orchestra.

Influences – Bill Evans, Herbie Hancock, Wynton Kelly, McCoy Tyner.

Henry Armburg-Jennings

Henry Armburg Jennings started playing trumpet (and piano) at the age of 5 and fifteen years later, at the age of only 20, he is already one of the hottest talents to emerge on the British jazz scene having opened the London Jazz Festival 2008 at the Bulls Head in Barnes.

Lauren Derwent

Lauren is a prolific song writer, vocalist, pianist and percussionist.

Lauren held the vocal and percussion chair with NYJO from 2003-2005, and in 2009 she signed an exclusive song writer’s agreement with Toolroom Publishing. Her compositions are catchy and thought provoking, and her lyrics address character development, morals, and raise social issues.

Tom is a saxophone and woodwind player, based in London. His versatility as a musician has allowed him to play in many different situations varying from his own nine piece jazz group, the Tom Stone Nonet, to Rock and Pop bands such as The Maccabees.
